IX Moscow International Photo&Film Festival «Golden Dolphin»

No registration fee to enter, the sent works are not reviewed and keep in the archive of the Festival. Competitors agree to the use of their work by the Festival during non-profit-making promotional campaigns for «Golden Dolphin» Festival activities (magazine articles, exhibitions). At each use of the works the name of the authors will be mentioned but no payment for use of the copyright or retribution of any kind will be possible. Authors agree with the general rules of the Festival when they fill in and sign the application form. You could find the applications here. The dead line is: 1 December 2010. Authors can present any works which haven’t participated in the «Golden Dolphin» Festival before.
